Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chopped chives
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 c milk
  • dash of hot sauce Tabasco
  • 12 c condensed tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 c cooked seafood crab or lobster
  • 1 c light cream
  • sherry to taste

Directions

  1. Cook onion and chives in butter in a saucepan on top of stove until tender
  2. Add bouillon milk and Tabasco
  3. Cook until steaming hot
  4. Stir in tomato soup and lemon juice heat through stirring constantly
  5. Stir in seafood and cream heat but do not boil
