Seafood Cakes - Tuna Or Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 12 12 oz can tuna or salmon drained
- 12 c Miracle Whip
- 14 c Dijon mustard
- 14 c each finely chopped celery green onions and green peppers
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 1 14 c dry bread crumbs divided
Directions
- Mix tuna or salmon dressing mustard vegetables seasonings and 12 cup bread crumbs
- Form balls roll in bread crumbs and refrigerate 30 minutes or longer
- Heat skillet add 2 tablespoons oil
- When hot flatten balls and cook on each side on medium to low heat until brown about 5 minutes
