Seafood Cakes - Tuna Or Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 12 12 oz can tuna or salmon drained
  • 12 c Miracle Whip
  • 14 c Dijon mustard
  • 14 c each finely chopped celery green onions and green peppers
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp black pepper
  • 1 14 c dry bread crumbs divided

Directions

  1. Mix tuna or salmon dressing mustard vegetables seasonings and 12 cup bread crumbs
  2. Form balls roll in bread crumbs and refrigerate 30 minutes or longer
  3. Heat skillet add 2 tablespoons oil
  4. When hot flatten balls and cook on each side on medium to low heat until brown about 5 minutes
