Seafood Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c chopped onions
  • 3 c celery
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 5 c milk
  • 34 c flour
  • 12 c butter
  • 1 lb sliced pasteurized cheese
  • 10 oz lobster meat
  • 12 lb crab meat or 2 cans
  • 1 lb cooked scallops quartered

Directions

  1. Saute celery and onions in frying pan until tender
  2. In a large pan melt butter and slowly add flour
  3. Add milk
  4. When milk becomes warm but not boiling add cheese and stir until melted Add celery onions and all fish
  5. Bake 325 for 45 minutes Serves 8 - 10 people
