Seafood Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb scallops
- 1 12 lb medium shrimp
- 1 medium onion minced
- 14 stick butter
- minced garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 12 pkg Ritz crackers crushed
- 1 lemon
Directions
- In casserole dish put scallops and shrimp
- Heat onion butter and garlic until melted and add to casserole dish and stir together
- Add salt and pepper
- Squeeze lemon over casserole Spread Ritz over top
- Bake at 400 for 30 minutes
