Seafood Casserole Microwave
Ingredients
- 2 c loose-pack frozen cut broccoli
- 2 c medium noodles cooked and drained
- 1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup 10 34 oz
- 12 c milk
- 1 can tuna crabmeat or skinless boneless salmon 6 12 oz
- 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a 1 34-quart casserole combine broccoli noodles soup and milk
- Drain and flake seafood remove cartilage from crabmeat
- Gently stir seafood into broccoli mixture
- Cook on 100 power in microwave for 7 to 9 minutes or until heated through and vegetables are crisp-tender
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Cover and let stand until cheese is melted
