Seafood Casserole Microwave

Ingredients

  • 2 c loose-pack frozen cut broccoli
  • 2 c medium noodles cooked and drained
  • 1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup 10 34 oz
  • 12 c milk
  • 1 can tuna crabmeat or skinless boneless salmon 6 12 oz
  • 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In a 1 34-quart casserole combine broccoli noodles soup and milk
  2. Drain and flake seafood remove cartilage from crabmeat
  3. Gently stir seafood into broccoli mixture
  4. Cook on 100 power in microwave for 7 to 9 minutes or until heated through and vegetables are crisp-tender
  5. Sprinkle with cheese
  6. Cover and let stand until cheese is melted
