Seafood Fettuccine

Ingredients

  • 6 oz fettuccine
  • 14 c butter
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 8 oz pkg Louis Kemp Crab Delights flakes or chunks
  • 1 c half and half
  • 18 tsp black pepper
  • 12 c Parmesan cheese grated

Directions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions drain
  2. Heat butter and garlic in skillet on medium heat until garlic is lightly browned
  3. Add Crab Delights half and half and pepper
  4. Heat about 3 minutes or until mixture just begins to bubble stirring occasionally
  5. Add Parmesan cheese stir for 1 minute
  6. Remove from heat
  7. Toss Crab Delight sauce with fettuccine
  8. Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese if desired
  9. Makes four 1-cup servings
