Seafood Fettuccine
Ingredients
- 6 oz fettuccine
- 14 c butter
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 8 oz pkg Louis Kemp Crab Delights flakes or chunks
- 1 c half and half
- 18 tsp black pepper
- 12 c Parmesan cheese grated
Directions
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions drain
- Heat butter and garlic in skillet on medium heat until garlic is lightly browned
- Add Crab Delights half and half and pepper
- Heat about 3 minutes or until mixture just begins to bubble stirring occasionally
- Add Parmesan cheese stir for 1 minute
- Remove from heat
- Toss Crab Delight sauce with fettuccine
- Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese if desired
- Makes four 1-cup servings
