Seafood Fettucini

Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked shrimp crabmeat or lobster or combination
- 1 c heavy cream
- 14 c butter
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- 12 lb dry fettucini
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Melt butter until bubbly
- Add cream and Parmesan cheese cook on medium heat stirring constantly until smooth
- Add seafood and seasoning heat about 5 minutes
- Pour over cooked fettucini and toss
- Add more cheese if desired
