Seafood Gumbo
Ingredients
- 2 large bay leaves
- flour browned
- 12 lb shrimp per person
- 1 large can crab meat
- 12 tsp parsley flakes
- salt and pepper
- celery chopped
- onions chopped
- green pepper chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 can okra
- tomato paste
- cayenne pepper dash
Directions
- Boil shrimp shelled and deveined until they turn pink with crab boil with water well over shrimp
- Brown flour until it is almost burned
- Add all seasonings to flour
- Then by teaspoon put seasoning and flour in shrimp water with shrimp remove crab boil bag
- Stir constantly so it wont lump
