Seafood Hush Puppies

Ingredients

• 1 c yellow corn meal
• 12 c flour
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 34 c milk
• 1 egg
• 1 medium onion chopped

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients with milk
2. Mixture will be thick
3. Add onion and egg beat
4. Refrigerate until chilled
5. Drop batter from spoon into hot deep fat
6. Cook 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown Yields 3 dozen
