Seafood Imperial
Ingredients
- 3 eggs beaten
- 3 Tbsp green peppers finely diced
- 2 c mayonnaise lite can be used
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 c finely chopped onion
- 12 to 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 c half and half
- 1 tsp Old Bay
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 14 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 1 lb crab meat
- 1 lb lobster meat
- 1 lb scallops
- 1 lb shrimp
Directions
- Mix the first 12 ingredients
- Lightly steam any uncooked seafood
- Gently work seafood into mixture
- Arrange in individual shells or casserole
- Top with buttered bread crumbs
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown
