Seafood Lasagna
Ingredients
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 12 c cottage cheese
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tsp basil
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 13 c milk
- 13 c white wine
- 1 lb shrimp or scallops
- 1 6 oz can crabmeat
- 14 c Parmesan cheese
- 12 c shredded Cheddar
Directions
- Cook and drain noodles
- Arrange 4 noodles to cover bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan
- Saute onion in butter until tender Blend in cream cheese
- Stir in cottage cheese egg basil salt and pepper
- Spread 12 over noodles
