Seafood Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1 12 c cottage cheese
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 13 c milk
  • 13 c white wine
  • 1 lb shrimp or scallops
  • 1 6 oz can crabmeat
  • 14 c Parmesan cheese
  • 12 c shredded Cheddar

Directions

  1. Cook and drain noodles
  2. Arrange 4 noodles to cover bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan
  3. Saute onion in butter until tender Blend in cream cheese
  4. Stir in cottage cheese egg basil salt and pepper
  5. Spread 12 over noodles
