Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp low calorie margarine not stick
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • 2 c skim milk
  • 4 oz grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 10 oz pkg chopped spinach drained and thawed
  • 1 oz grated Parmesan
  • 6 12 oz tuna crab or shrimp
  • 4 lasagna noodles
  • 18 tsp nutmeg

Directions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles
  2. Heat margarine in skillet saute onion and garlic
  3. Stir in flour and milk
  4. Heat until thick stirring constantly
  5. Add cheese and remove from heat
  6. Combine 12 the cheese sauce with the spinach and Parmesan
  7. In an 8-inch square pan sprayed with Pam layer noodles seafood and sauce
  8. Use the sauce without spinach for the top layer
  9. Sprinkle with nutmeg
  10. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes Approximately 400 calories per serving
