Seafood LasagneServes 4
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp low calorie margarine not stick
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 2 c skim milk
- 4 oz grated Swiss cheese
- 1 10 oz pkg chopped spinach drained and thawed
- 1 oz grated Parmesan
- 6 12 oz tuna crab or shrimp
- 4 lasagna noodles
- 18 tsp nutmeg
Directions
- Cook lasagna noodles
- Heat margarine in skillet saute onion and garlic
- Stir in flour and milk
- Heat until thick stirring constantly
- Add cheese and remove from heat
- Combine 12 the cheese sauce with the spinach and Parmesan
- In an 8-inch square pan sprayed with Pam layer noodles seafood and sauce
- Use the sauce without spinach for the top layer
- Sprinkle with nutmeg
- Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes Approximately 400 calories per serving
