Seafood Nicolson
Ingredients
- 1 lb Medium Shrimp
- 12 lb bay scallops
- 34 lb Lobster Meat
- 1 pt Cream Heavy
- 12 c Wine
- 12 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
- 1 lb Linguine Cooked Aldente
- 1 Bunch Broccoli Cut into Small Pieces
- 2 Leeks Chopped
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- 1 Red Pepper Chopped
- Juice of 12 Lemon
- 1 12 Tbsp Fresh Dill Chopped
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- Salt Pepper
- 5 Cloves Garlic Chopped
- 13 c Parmesan Cheese
Directions
- 1 Put butter leeks onion garlic red pepper into pan and saute
- 2 Add 12 c wine parsley lemon juice salt pepper
- Cook 2 minutes Add cream
- 3 Cook several minutes on simmer Add scallops broccoli
- and cook for a few more minutes
- 4 Just before serving add shrimp and cook till just pink
