Seafood Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg fat-free scallops
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 small bell pepper chopped
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 16 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb angel hair spaghetti cooked
Directions
- In skillet combine oil onions bell pepper and garlic Saute until vegetables are tender
- Add tomatoes oregano salt and pepper
- Bring to a boil for 1 minute
- Reduce heat simmer for 10 minutes
- Add scallops and simmer for 3 minutes
- Serve over warm pasta
- Top with Parmesan cheese
