Seafood Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 4 lb pasta penne is nice
- 8 oz red wine vinegar
- 8 oz olive oil
- fresh black pepper and salt to taste
- 2 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch fresh chopped basil
- 2 pt cherry tomato halves
- 34 lb crab meat cooked
- 2 12 lb shrimp 36 to 40 count cooked and peeled
Directions
- Cook pasta until tender
- Drain
- Shake together vinegar olive oil salt pepper and Parmesan cheese
- Mix together remaining ingredients add pasta and pour dressing over tossing to coat
- Chill
