Seafood Primavera

Ingredients
- 14 c lemon juice
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 lb each scallops and large raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- 14 c margarine
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 c thinly sliced carrots
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 12 tsp thyme leaves
- 4 oz fresh pea pods
- 14 c sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp dry sherry optional
Directions
- Combine lemon juice cornstarch and salt mix well
- Add scallops and shrimp
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes
