Seafood Seasoning Rub

Ingredients

• 1 12 tsp ground bay leaves you have to grind them yourself
• 1 12 tsp dry mustard
• 1 12 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 34 tsp nutmeg
• 12 tsp ground celery seeds
• 12 tsp ground cloves
• 12 tsp ground ginger
• 12 tsp paprika
• 12 tsp ground red pepper

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients
2. Store in an air tight container Rub on seafood or chicken before grilling
