Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 8 oz large stuffing mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 clove finely chopped garlic
- 12 c chopped crab meat
- 12 c chopped cooked shrimp
- 14 c finely chopped Prosciutto
- 14 c smoked Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp catsup
Directions
- Wash and drain mushrooms
- Hollow out and chop enough of the pieces to make 3 tablespoons
- Cook pieces with onion garlic and 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- Stir in crab shrimp Prosciutto and cheese along with catsup
- Stuff into mushroom crowns sprinkle with fine soft bread crumbs
- Bake at 425 for 6 to 8 minutes
