Seasoned Brussels Sprouts Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 3 pkg frozen brussels sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • salt
  • 2 Tbsp salad crunches seasoned topping
  • Parmesan cheese
  • parsley flakes

Directions

  1. In large saucepan add brussels sprouts salt and butter to 2 inches of water
  2. Bring to boil cover and cook until tender about 15 to 20 minutes
  3. Drain
  4. Add salad crunches and parsley and sprinkle parmesan to cover sprouts
  5. Serve warm
  6. Serves 4 to 6
