Seasoned Vegetable Medley
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans 1 12-inch cut pieces
- 1 medium onion chopped 12 c
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp leaf tarragon crumbled
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 c chicken broth
- 2 tomatoes cut into 8 wedges
- 12 lb mushrooms thickly sliced
Directions
- Combine green beans onion salt tarragon pepper and chicken broth in medium-size saucepan
- Pour in water to just cover beans Bring to boiling
- Lower heat
- Cover and simmer 3 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender Add tomatoes and mushrooms Simmer 7 minutes or until mushrooms are tender Drain and serve
