Secret Beef StewServes 6

Ingredients

• 2 c grapefruit juice
• 1 12 lb beef stew
• 1 14 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 cloves garlic chopped
• 1 large onion chopped
• 2 small bay leaves
• 12 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 12 tsp paprika
• 14 tsp cloves
• 5 carrots cut in quarters
• 4 potatoes cut in quarters
• 6 onions cut in halves

Directions

1. Place grapefruit juice in saucepan
2. Place over medium heat Add stew meat and mix well
3. Add Worcestershire sauce garlic onion bay leaves and seasonings mix well
4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours
5. Add vegetables
6. Bring to boil
7. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes
8. Remove bay leaves
