Self-Crust Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients
- 2 c milk
- 1 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- dash of salt
- 12 stick butter melted
- 12 c flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c flaked coconut
Directions
- Put ingredients into blender and blend about 20 seconds
- Pour into 10-inch pie pan
- Bake until golden brown in a 350 oven for about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean
- Crust forms at the bottom custard in the middle and the coconut on top
