Self Crust Egg Custard

Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp flour
- 1 c sugar
- 3 large eggs well beaten
- dash of salt
- 1 c milk
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla or lemon flavoring
Directions
- Mix flour and sugar
- Add to well-beaten eggs
- Add milk evaporated milk melted butter salt and vanilla flavoring and mix well
- Grease a 9-inch pie pan with butter pour mixture in pan and sprinkle with nutmeg if desired
- Bake at 325 for 40 minutes
