Self Crust Egg Custard

Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp flour
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3 large eggs well beaten
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla or lemon flavoring

Directions

  1. Mix flour and sugar
  2. Add to well-beaten eggs
  3. Add milk evaporated milk melted butter salt and vanilla flavoring and mix well
  4. Grease a 9-inch pie pan with butter pour mixture in pan and sprinkle with nutmeg if desired
  5. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes
