Semmel Knodel German Bread Balls

Ingredients
- 4 c bread crumbs I use unseasoned croutons for making dressing
- 1 egg
- 1 12 c hot milk
- salt dash
- 1 Tbsp four
Directions
- Soak bread and milk together until moist
- Add egg salt and flour
- Mix together well mixture should be sticky and firm Form into medium to large size balls and place in boiling salt water for 10 minutes
- Cover with gravy and serveThese are very tasty
- They are like a dumpling
