Ingredients

  • 4 c bread crumbs I use unseasoned croutons for making dressing
  • 1 egg
  • 1 12 c hot milk
  • salt dash
  • 1 Tbsp four

Directions

  1. Soak bread and milk together until moist
  2. Add egg salt and flour
  3. Mix together well mixture should be sticky and firm Form into medium to large size balls and place in boiling salt water for 10 minutes
  4. Cover with gravy and serveThese are very tasty
  5. They are like a dumpling
