Sensational Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

• 1 lb boneless round steak 34-inch
• 2 Tbsp margarine divided
• 12 c chopped onion
• 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
• 12 tsp paprika
• 12 c sour cream or yogurt
• hot cooked noodles

Directions

1. Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips
2. In skillet over high heat in 1 tablespoon margarine cook 12 of beef and 12 of onion until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender
3. Set aside and repeat with remaining margarine beef and onion
4. Return meat mixture to skillet
5. Stir in soup and paprika
6. Heat through stirring occasionally
7. Reduce heat to very low
8. Stir in sour cream
9. Gently heat through
10. Serve on hot noodles
