Sensational Fish
Ingredients
- 2 5 oz flounder
- 1 medium tomato sliced
- 2 scallions green onions
- 2 Tbsp dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp diet margarine
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place fish in nonstick baking pan divide remaining ingredients equally on top of each fillet
- Bake until fish flakes easily when tested with fork about 15 minutes Makes 2 servings
