Serbian EggsServes 8 To 10

Ingredients
- 6 or 7 eggs
- 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese grated
- 1 16 oz small curd cottage cheese
- 1 c Bisquick
- 1 c milk
- 1 c melted margarine
- 1 tsp dried onions
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Beat eggs lightly
- Mix all ingredients refrigerate overnight in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
- Serve mild taco sauce if desired
