Serbian EggsServes 8 To 10

Ingredients

• 6 or 7 eggs
• 1 lb Monterey Jack cheese grated
• 1 16 oz small curd cottage cheese
• 1 c Bisquick
• 1 c milk
• 1 c melted margarine
• 1 tsp dried onions
• 1 tsp parsley flakes
• 14 tsp salt

Directions

1. Beat eggs lightly
2. Mix all ingredients refrigerate overnight in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan
3. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
4. Serve mild taco sauce if desired
