Sesame Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 c onions chopped
  • 3 c celery chopped
  • 12 c water
  • 3 c oatmeal
  • 1 c sesame seed
  • 1 c sunflower seeds
  • 1 12 c pecan meal
  • 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 c Soy Supreme dry
  • 13 c soy sauce
  • 2 c dry bread crumbs
  • 5 c water

Directions

  1. Saute onions and celery in 12 cup water until tender
  2. Blend sunflower seeds and sesame seed
  3. In bowl mix together the oatmeal blended seed pecan meal yeast onion powder garlic powder Soy Supreme bread crumbs then add soy sauce onions and celery
  4. Add water mix well
  5. Bake in sprayed baking dish at 325 for 60 minutes until brown
  6. Serve with Creamy Cashew Gravy
