Sesame Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 medium onion cut in thin wedges
  • 1 c broccoli florets
  • 1 small zucchini or yellow squash thinly sliced
  • 1 c fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 c sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 medium tomatoes cut in wedges
  • 4 tsp Molly McButter all natural butter flavor sprinkles
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seed
  • cracked black pepper
  • basil to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat Stir-fry garlic and onion 2 minutes
  2. Add broccoli zucchini and mushrooms
  3. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender
  4. Add water chestnuts and tomatoes heat through
  5. Add Molly McButter stir until melted in
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seed basil and pepper to taste
  7. Makes 4 2 cup servings
