Sesame Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 medium onion cut in thin wedges
- 1 c broccoli florets
- 1 small zucchini or yellow squash thinly sliced
- 1 c fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 c sliced water chestnuts
- 2 medium tomatoes cut in wedges
- 4 tsp Molly McButter all natural butter flavor sprinkles
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seed
- cracked black pepper
- basil to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat Stir-fry garlic and onion 2 minutes
- Add broccoli zucchini and mushrooms
- Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender
- Add water chestnuts and tomatoes heat through
- Add Molly McButter stir until melted in
- Sprinkle with sesame seed basil and pepper to taste
- Makes 4 2 cup servings
