Seven-Layer Salad
Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 12 oz can peas drained
- 3 to 4 stalks celery sliced or chopped
- 1 Bermuda onion chopped
- 1 to 2 c mayonnaise spread to cover and seal the first four layers
- 1 c Parmesan cheese
- 6 to 10 slices bacon crumbled
Directions
- In a large bowl layer the following
- lettuce peas celery onion and mayonnaise
- Cover mayonnaise with Parmesan cheese
- Top with bacon
- Cover and refrigerate approximately 8 hours prior to serving
- Serves 8 to 10
