Seven In One Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 layer thin sliced potatoes
- 1 layer thin sliced carrots
- 1 layer diced celery
- 1 layer thin sliced onions
- 1 layer drained green peas save broth
- 1 layer browned and drained ground chuck
- 1 can tomato soup thinned with broth from green peas
Directions
- Arrange layers in order
- Pour tomato soup over layer of ground chuck and top with Pepperidge Farm herbal dressing mix and press down into soup
- You can substitute bread crumbs for the Pepperidge Farm dressing
- The last 5 minutes of cooking you can top with grated cheese
- This may be made to serve as many as you want
- Bake for 1 hour at 350
