Seven Minute Frosting

Ingredients

• 2 egg whites unbeaten
• 1 12 c sugar
• dash of salt
• 5 Tbsp water
• 1 Tbsp white corn syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla flavoring

Directions

1. Combine egg
2. whites
3. sugar salt water and corn syrup in top of
4. double
5. boiler
6. Place over rapidly boiling water beating constantlyat high speed of electric mixer
7. Beat for 7 minutes or until frosting will stand in peaks
8. Remove from boiling water add vanilla and beat at high speed until thick enough to spread
