Seven Minute Icing

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 13 tsp cream of tartar
- 3 Tbsp cold water
- 1 12 c sugar
- 13 tsp salt
Directions
- Put ingredients in top of double boiler and beat with rotary beater for 7 minutes
- I always beat mine for a few minutes before I put it over hot water
- I think it makes a smoother icing
