Seven Seas Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 13 c water
- 1 c cream of mushroom soup
- 14 c finely chopped onion
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- dash of pepper
- 1 12 c Minute rice
- 1 pkg frozen peas
- 1 can tuna
- 12 c grated Cheddar cheese
- paprika
Directions
- Mix water with soup onion salt lemon juice and dash of pepper in saucepan
- Bring to boil over medium heat stirring occasionally
- Pour about 12 of soup mixture into greased 1 12-quart casserole then in layers add rice right from box partially thawed frozen peas and tuna
- Add rest of soup Sprinkle with cheese and dash of paprika
- Cover and bake in a 375 oven for 15 to 20 minutes
- After 10 minutes cut through with knife
