Seven Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

• 2 cans French green beans
• 2 cans small peas
• 2 cans Shoe Peg corn
• 4 large stalks celery chopped
• 1 can or jar pimiento chopped
• 1 c chopped purple onion
• 1 green pepper
• 1 red and 1 yellow pepper sweet chopped
• 13 c water
• 23 c brown vinegar
• 14 c oil
• 23 c sugar

Directions

1. Mix ingredients then pour liquid over the vegetables
2. If not enough to cover make more to cover
