Shanghai Chow Mein
Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts cut into chunks while still partially frozen
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 c celery cut diagonally
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- chow mein noodles
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 c green onion tops
- 3 c rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
- Saute chicken chunks in oil until firm
- Stir in celery and cook 2 minutes
- Should be crispy
- Add vegetables soup and soy sauce
- Stir in onions
- Heat through and serve over rice
- Top with noodles
