Shanghai Chow Mein

Ingredients

  • 2 whole chicken breasts cut into chunks while still partially frozen
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 2 c celery cut diagonally
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • chow mein noodles
  • 1 can bamboo shoots
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 c green onion tops
  • 3 c rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Saute chicken chunks in oil until firm
  2. Stir in celery and cook 2 minutes
  3. Should be crispy
  4. Add vegetables soup and soy sauce
  5. Stir in onions
  6. Heat through and serve over rice
  7. Top with noodles
