Sheet Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c. sugar
• 2 c. self-rising flour
• 2 sticks butter
• 4 Tbsp. cocoa
• 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
• 1 c. water
• 1/2 c. buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. soda

Directions

1. Mix sugar and flour.
2. In saucepan combine butter, cocoa and water.
3. Bring to a boil; pour over sugar and flour.
4. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla.
5. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
