Ingredients

  • 12 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg jumbo shells
  • 13 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1 8 oz pkg shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 8 oz pkg Monterey Jack
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1 jar favorite spaghetti sauce

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef and drain
  2. Cook shells drain and cool
  3. Mix together cheese and parsley flakes
  4. Fill with about 2 tablespoons of cheese mix
  5. Put in baking dish 9 x 12-inch and pour over the meat and sauce plus any leftover cheeses
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes
