ShepherdS-Cheese Pie

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground beef turkey
• 2 tsp seasoned salt
• 1 lb shredded cheese
• 12 c diced bell pepper
• 12 c diced onion
• 2 c instant potatoes prepared
• add barbecue sauce to your taste

Directions

1. Brown your meat drain your meat
2. Saute onions and bell peppers with butter
3. Add to the meat
4. Add season and sauce to meat
5. In your oblong casserole dish spread meat evenly on bottom of dish
6. Spread creamed potatoes evenly over meat topped with shredded cheese
7. Place in oven at 400 for 25 minutes
8. Makes 4 to 6 servings
