ShepherdS Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 c chopped onions
• 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
• 12 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• 12 tsp celery salt
• 3 c mashed potatoes
• 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. In skillet saute beef and onions until meat is fully cooked
3. Drain fat
4. Stir in tomato sauce and other seasonings
5. Spoon into 1 12-quart shallow baking dish
6. Spread mashed potatoes on top
7. Sprinkle with cheese
8. Bake 30 to 35 minutes uncovered or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly
9. Makes 4 to 5 servings
