Sherrie Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 10 oz pkg chopped broccoli frozen
- 2 c Cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 10 34 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c Ritz crackers crushed
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 large jar sliced mushrooms
- 12 c melted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook
- broccoli
- 30 minutes
- Drain water
- Mix together cheese egg soup mayonnaise and mushrooms
- Pour over cooked broccoli and stir well
- Cover with cracker crumbs and drizzle butter on top
