Sherry Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 34 c oil
  • 34 c cooking sherry
  • 14 c milk
  • 1 14 c powdered sugar
  • 14 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix first six
  3. ingredients together in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until batter is smooth
  4. Pour into an ungreased bundt pan
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 350 or until cake tester comes out clean Let cake cool
  6. Remove from pan Mix milk powdered sugar and 14 tsp vanilla together to make glaze
  7. Pour onto cooled cake and serve
