Sherry Cake
Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 34 c oil
- 34 c cooking sherry
- 14 c milk
- 1 14 c powdered sugar
- 14 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix first six
- ingredients together in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until batter is smooth
- Pour into an ungreased bundt pan
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 or until cake tester comes out clean Let cake cool
- Remove from pan Mix milk powdered sugar and 14 tsp vanilla together to make glaze
- Pour onto cooled cake and serve
