Sherry Trifle

Ingredients
- 1 4 oz pkg ladyfingers split in half
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 12 c sherry
- 1 3 oz pkg Jell-O
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 2 c milk simmering
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Arrange layer of ladyfingers in attractive dish or serving bowl 1-quart size
- Sprinkle ladyfingers with sherry
- Make up Jell-O according to package directions pour Jell-O over ladyfingers
- Chill until set
