Sherry Wine Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 package French Vanilla cake mix
  • 1 package French Vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 34 cup oil
  • 34 cup cream sherry
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • Powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Mix with electric beater about 5 minutes at medium speed
  3. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan or angel food cake pan
  4. Bake at 350 about 45 minutes or until done
  5. Cool about 25 minutes before turning onto a rack
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
