SherryS Old Fashioned Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 12 lb butter or margarine
- 13 c Crisco
- 3 c sugar
- 5 eggs add 1 at a time
- 3 c flour cake or all-purpose
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 c milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cream together the butter or margarine Crisco sugar and eggs add eggs 1 at a time
- Sift together the flour salt and baking powder
- Add flour mixture to creamed mixture alternately with milk and vanilla beginning and ending with flour
- Mix well with hand mixer
- Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325 for 1 12 hours
- Cool in pan
