Shipwreck Hot Dish

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb ground chuck
- 1 large onion
- salt
- pepper
- 1 c celery
- 1 c carrots
- 1 c potatoes
- 1 can peas
- 1 can kidney beans
- 12 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
Directions
- Cook meat and onion with seasonings
- Drain
- Cook diced celery carrots and potatoes
- Reserve liquid
- Combine all ingredients in a greased casserole
- Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour
