Shipwreck Hot Dish

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground chuck
• 1 large onion
• salt
• pepper
• 1 c celery
• 1 c carrots
• 1 c potatoes
• 1 can peas
• 1 can kidney beans
• 12 pkg Lipton onion soup mix

Directions

1. Cook meat and onion with seasonings
2. Drain
3. Cook diced celery carrots and potatoes
4. Reserve liquid
5. Combine all ingredients in a greased casserole
6. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour
