Ingredients

  • 3 lb lean top round or sirloin steak
  • 12 c oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp catsup
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp marjoram
  • 6 small onions
  • 6 small green tomato pickles
  • 12 c Burgundy or cooking sherry
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 large bell peppers quartered
  • 12 large mushrooms

Directions

  1. Cut steak into 2-inch cubes Combine oil Worcestershire sauce catsup salt marjoram Burgundy soy sauce garlic sugar vinegar and black pepper Marinate steak in pan at least 6 hours or overnight turning each piece often
