Shish KabobsMethod Stick

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef cubes
- 12 canned potatoes
- 2 green peppers sliced into 12 pieces
- 1 16 oz plastic bottle Italian dressing
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 3 medium onions quartered
Directions
- Marinate beef and vegetables for at least 2 hours
- Use a plastic Ziploc bag or plastic bowl with lid
- Keep cold in cooler
- Alternate items on toasting stick
- Cook over the coals until done
