Shoe Peg Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz can Shoe Peg corn drained
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 1 10 34 oz can cream of celery soup
  • 12 c sour cream
  • 12 c slivered almonds
  • 12 c grated cheese
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick oleo melted

Directions

  1. Combine corn onion cheese soups and sour cream
  2. Place in a greased 8 14 x 4 14-inch or 9 x 5-inch casserole dish
  3. Mix together crackers almonds and melted margarine
  4. Spread topping over vegetable mix
  5. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
  6. May be made ahead and refrigerated
