Shoe Peg Corn Salad

Ingredients
- 2 16 oz cans Shoe Peg corn drained
- 1 2 oz jar chopped pimento drained
- 12 c chopped green pepper
- 12 c chopped onion
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c vegetable oil
- 12 c vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Mix corn pimento green pepper onion and celery
- Combine sugar oil vinegar salt and black pepper
- Pour over vegetables Cover
- Chill overnight
- Drain well before serving
- Makes 8 servings
