Shoepeg Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can French-style string beans
  • 1 can Shoepeg corn
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 12 c grated Cheddar cheese
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 12 pkg slivered almonds
  • 1 stick margarine melted
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers

Directions

  1. Drain beans and corn
  2. Mix all ingredients together except crackers and margarine
  3. Pour into greased casserole
  4. Crush crackers and toss with melted margarine
  5. Top casserole with crackers and margarine mix
  6. Bake 40 minutes at 350
