Shoepeg Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can French-style string beans
- 1 can Shoepeg corn
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 12 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 pkg slivered almonds
- 1 stick margarine melted
- 1 roll Ritz crackers
Directions
- Drain beans and corn
- Mix all ingredients together except crackers and margarine
- Pour into greased casserole
- Crush crackers and toss with melted margarine
- Top casserole with crackers and margarine mix
- Bake 40 minutes at 350
